We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Assembler and Tester to join the team in Pretoria. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling, testing and verifying products to ensure they meet quality, functionality and safety standards before release.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble components according to work instructions and specifications, and conduct functional and quality tests to ensure products operate correctly.
- Complete production and testing documentation accurately, maintain traceability, identify defects and report non-conformances to the Production Manager.
- Verify component kits, report stock shortages, maintain a clean and safe working environment, and contribute to improved production efficiency and product quality.
Minimum Requirements
Qualification:
- Grade 12 or equivalent.
- A technical qualification or N3/N4 will be advantageous.
Experience:
- 1–3 years’ experience in production assembly or testing.
Skills:
- Ability to use hand tools and testing equipment.
- Understanding of quality standards and safety procedures.
- Ability to follow technical instructions and specifications accurately.
