Multifamily Asset Management Expertise
The successful candidate will bring proven experience in multifamily asset management and a strong understanding of the relationship between property-level operations and ownership-level investment strategy.
You should be comfortable analyzing an asset from both perspectives:
How is the property performing today?
and
What strategic decisions will create the greatest value for the owner over the long term?
This position requires someone who can move comfortably between financial analysis, operational performance, strategic planning, investor communication, and relationship management.
