What can you expect from a day with us?
Content Management
- Manage the complete lifecycle of educational content on Straumann Campus (Docebo), including webinars, eLearning modules, videos, and learning paths.
- Upload, configure, publish, and maintain educational content according to global standards.
- Ensure content metadata, descriptions, thumbnails, tags, languages, and categorization are accurate and optimized for search and user experience.
- Coordinate with the Global Medical Education team and local markets to collect, review, and publish new educational content.
- Perform regular content audits to identify outdated materials, archive obsolete content, and recommend replacements.
- Maintain a consistent content structure and taxonomy across the platform.
- Support the development of learning journeys and curriculum organization.
Webinar Management
- Coordinate with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) regarding webinar recordings, scheduling, and final content approval.
- Plan and configure live webinars within Docebo for both global and local teams.
- Coordinate webinar promotion with Digital Marketing teams and external vendors.
- Define webinar communication plans and coordinate promotional activities.
- Manage Marketing Cloud campaigns targeting appropriate learner segments.
- Coordinate additional visibility through internal communication channels, including social media, website banners, pop-ups, and other digital channels.
- Upload webinar recordings as standalone on-demand courses following live events.
- Conduct annual reviews of the webinar library, removing outdated sessions and proposing suitable alternative courses for learners.
- Coordinate Continuing Education (CE) credit administration where applicable.
- Provide technical support during live webinars, including speaker assistance, platform troubleshooting, audience moderation, and Q&A management.
Platform Administration

Ensure educational activities are correctly configured within the LMS, including enrollments, catalogs, certifications, and learner notifications.

Monitor Webinar platform quality and resolve operational issues related to course delivery.

Work closely with platform application owners to resolve system issues. What do you need to have or know?

Fluent English.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Education, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

Experience in Learning Management Systems (preferably Docebo), digital learning, webinar operations, or content management.

Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders in an international environment.

Familiarity with webinar platforms and virtual event management.

Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (Marketing Cloud experience is an advantage).

Experience managing digital educational content.
