Roles & Responsibilities :
- Configure, monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain LAN/WAN network infrastructure.
- Strong hands-on experience in networking and network troubleshooting, with a focus on technical networking rather than cabling work.
- Configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, and other network devices.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity, IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and related network issues.
- Monitor network performance, identify issues, and ensure network availability.
- Handle network incidents and provide timely resolution to users and internal teams.
- Perform basic configuration and troubleshooting of routing and switching.
- Maintain network documentation, configurations, and incident records.
- Coordinate with relevant teams/vendors for complex network issues.
- Follow network security and IT infrastructure standards.
Required Skills :
- CCNA certification is compulsory.
- Strong practical knowledge of Networking, Routing & Switching.
- Good understanding of TCP/IP, VLAN, DHCP, DNS, subnetting, and network troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with routers and switches.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Candidate should be strong in networking, not primarily focused on cabling or physical LAN installation.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
