Our commitment shines through as we handle over a million support cases each year, empowering our users not just to solve problems but to achieve their goals.</p> <h2>What you'll do</h2> <h3>Responsibilities</h3> <p>• Investigate accounts to identify fraudulent merchants, card testing, account takeover, and other fraud vectors</p> <p>• Conduct investigations on merchant accounts to support financial partner requirements</p> <p>• Assess risk factors and trends of potentially fraudulent activity</p> <p>• Help maintain fraud detection strategies and business rules that balance fraud loss and customer experience</p> <p>• Contribute to root cause analysis to identify opportunities to predict, prevent, and mitigate risk within process and performance</p> <p>• Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews for the Fraud Operations team</p> <h2>Who you are</h2> <p>We're looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. If you meet these requirements, you are encouraged to apply. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.</p> <h3>Minimum requirements</h3> <p>• Some experience in fraud analysis, fraud investigations, or fraud operations</p> <p>• Experience using data to make assessments and judgments</p> <p>• A team-focused mentality and effective problem-solving skills</p> <p>• The ability to approach challenges from a user perspective while being pragmatic and solutions-oriented</p> <p>• You have availability to work 100% in-office</p> <p>• You're willing to periodically work a weekend (remotely) for which you will be compensated with weekdays off</p> <h3>Preferred qualifications</h3> <p>• Fraud experience in payments, e-commerce, or fintech mitigating digital and card-not-present fraud</p> <p>• Knowledge of fraud schemes, fraud prevention methods, and fraud detection tools</p> <p>• Prior fraud experience across multiple industries and verticals</p> <p>• Experience in a high-growth technology company</p> <p>• Experience working from a queue</p>
