That means you have an unprecedented opportunity to put the global economy within everyone's reach while doing the most important work of your career.</p> <h2><strong>What you’ll do</strong></h2> <h3><strong>Responsibilities</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Develop and manage platforms and solutions to minimize financial and regulatory risk while maintaining excellent user experience;&nbsp;</li> <li>Transform business challenges into scalable and effective engineering solutions;&nbsp;</li> <li>Partner with diverse stakeholders, including engineering, product, policy, legal, operations, and data science teams;&nbsp;</li> <li>Diagnose and resolve production issues across various services and throughout the tech stack;&nbsp;</li> <li>Enhance engineering standards, improve tooling, and optimize processes; Proactively identify, analyze, and swiftly mitigate emerging risk patterns.</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Who you are</strong></h2> <h3><strong>Minimum requirements</strong></h3> <p>Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science or related followed by 2 years of Software Engineering experience.</p> <p>Position also requires the following:</p> <ul> <li>2 years of experience developing software solutions using Python, Java or Ruby;</li> <li>2 years of experience designing, developing, and maintaining scalable systems;</li> <li>2 years of experience translating business requirements into tangible software requirements and system designs;</li> <li>2 years of experience identifying and resolving production issues that span multiple services and stack layers; and</li> <li>2 years of experience performing data-driven investigations and analysis to inform decision-making using SQL and visualization software.</li> </ul> <p>Salary: $156,800 – 235,200/yr</p> <p>This salary range represents the base salary range for the role and any sales commissions/sales bonuses targets, if applicable, would be in addition to the base salary.</p> <p>40 hrs/week</p> <p><strong>50% telecommuting permitted.&nbsp;</strong></p> <p>Multiple positions available.</p> <p>Additional benefits for this role may include: equity, company bonus or sales commissions/bonuses; 401(k) plan; medical, dental, and vision benefits; and wellness stipends.<strong> </strong>CA46.</p> <p>&nbsp;<strong>#LI-DNI</strong></p>
