The New Business Development and Hotel Operations Manager is responsible for generating new business opportunities while overseeing the hotel’s daily operations. Duties include developing corporate and extended\-stay accounts, building relationships with travel agencies and local businesses, improving occupancy and revenue, managing online travel agency listings, and following up with prospective customers.
The Manager will also supervise front\-desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and other hotel operations; monitor staffing, guest satisfaction, room conditions, reservations, expenses, vendors, repairs, and renovation projects; and ensure compliance with Company policies and operating standards.
The ideal candidate must have strong sales, communication, leadership, organizational, and problem\-solving skills. Hospitality, hotel operations, sales, business development, or property\-management experience is preferred. The position may require travel, weekends, holidays, and flexible working hours based on business needs.
Pay: $36,000\.00 \- $42,000\.00 per year
