We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our growing timber flooring business based in Sydney NSW.
If you’re organised, commercially minded, great with people, and confident managing projects from start to finish, we’d love to hear from you.
About the role
You’ll be responsible for coordinating timber flooring projects across residential and/or commercial sites, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget and to a high standard.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Managing projects from initial planning through to completion
- Coordinating clients, builders, contractors, installers and suppliers
- Scheduling installations and managing project timelines
- Monitoring budgets, variations and project costs
- Conducting site visits and resolving issues efficiently
- Maintaining strong client relationships
- Ensuring quality, safety and workmanship standards are met
- Keeping projects organised and communicating progress to all stakeholders
- Site inspection and measurements, survey and meetings etc..
What we’re looking for
- Previous 2 year’s experience in project management, construction, flooring or a related industry
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
- Confident dealing with clients, trades and contractors
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- A practical, hands-on approach
- Current Australian driver’s licence
- Construction/flooring industry experience will be highly regarded
