Position Summary
Suburban Drywall is seeking a Scaffolding Maintenance Technician. The Scaffolding Maintenance Technician will be responsible for safely loading, transporting, assembling, dismantling, and organizing scaffolding materials at job sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Load and unload scaffolding materials from trucks
- Assemble and dismantle scaffolding structures safely and according to company standards and OSHA regulations.
- Inspect scaffolding for damage, defects, or missing parts before and after they are used.
- Assist with material inventory and track equipment usage
- Maintain clean and safe work areas during set-up and tear-down
- Follow instructions from supervisors and work closely with other team members to meet deadlines
- Perform other duties as assigned to support field operations.
- Oversee material needed at job sites
- Deliver scaffolding to multiple job sites
Qualifications
- Must have a valid driver's license
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous construction or scaffolding experience preferred (training provided)
- Ability to carry up to 75 lbs.
- Comfortable working at heights
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
