We're looking for **two passionate and experienced Supervisors** to join our leadership team.
Positions Available
**Part\-Time Weekend Opening Supervisor**
* Saturdays \& Sundays * **6:30am – 3:00pm** * Permanent Part\-Time
**Full\-Time Weeknight Closing Supervisor**
* Monday to Friday * **3:00pm – 11:45pm** * Permanent Full\-Time
**Immediate start available.**
**Applicants must have previous Subway experience and full working rights in Australia.**
What You'll Be Doing
As a Supervisor, you'll lead from the front while creating an exceptional experience for both our guests and your team.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Leading and motivating your team throughout every shift * Providing exceptional customer service with energy, warmth and enthusiasm * Coaching and developing team members on shift * Driving sales through effective upselling and add\-on promotions * Working towards helping the Store Manager achieve sales target: * Maintaining outstanding store presentation and cleanliness * Ensuring food safety and Subway operating standards are always met * Completing opening or closing procedures to the highest standard * Preparing food, baking bread and cookies, stock rotation and inventory control * Processing POS transactions accurately and efficiently * Receiving deliveries and maintaining stock levels * Completing daily administration and cash handling * Following all Workplace Health \& Safety, Food Safety and Loss Prevention procedures * Leading by example with professionalism, positivity and respect
