Responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers with cake and beverage selections, accurately processing orders and payments, preparing cake dedications, maintaining product quality and presentation, and ensuring the cleanliness and proper operation of the kiosk.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, professional service.
- Assist customers in selecting cakes, desserts, and beverages.
- Explain cake flavors, sizes, prices, promotions, and available options.
- Accurately take and process customer orders.
- Write and prepare cake dedications according to the customer’s requested message, ensuring correct spelling, placement, and presentation.
- Confirm dedication details with customers before finalizing the order.
- Handle cash, card, and digital payments accurately.
- Operate the POS system and ensure transactions are properly recorded.
- Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages according to company standards.
- Properly package cakes, desserts, and beverages for take-out or delivery.
- Ensure cakes and products are properly displayed, labeled, and stored.
- Check product quality, freshness, and expiration dates.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kiosk and equipment.
- Monitor inventory and report low stocks, damaged products, or other concerns.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and company procedures.
- Perform opening and closing duties as assigned.
- Assist with inventory counts and daily store operations.
- Work effectively with team members to achieve sales and customer service goals.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Supervisor or Store Manager.
Qualifications
- College level/graduate.
- Previous experience in sales, food service, cashiering, or barista work is an advantage but not required.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Basic knowledge of cash handling and POS operations.
- Willing to learn cake products, coffee preparation, and store procedures.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, punctual, attentive to details, and willing to work on weekends and holidays when scheduled.
- Presentable, courteous, and customer-oriented.
Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
