About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Trainee to join our HR team. The candidate will get practical exposure to recruitment, employee coordination, HR operations, and day-to-day HR activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the recruitment and interview process
- Coordinate with candidates and schedule interviews
- Maintain candidate and employee records
- Assist with onboarding and documentation
- Support daily HR operations
- Coordinate with employees and internal teams
- Assist with HR reports and other administrative activities
Skills Required
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of HR and recruitment
- Good coordination and follow-up skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office
- Good organizational skills
- Willingness to learn
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a team
Eligibility
- MBA/PGDM in HR or a related field
- Minimum 6 months of internship experience is mandatory
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to work from office
Traineeship Details
- Traineeship Duration: 3 Months
- Stipend: ₹5,000 per month
- Working Hours: 11:30 AM – 8:30 PM
- Based on performance during the traineeship, candidates will be considered for full-time employment
- Full-Time CTC: ₹3,00,000 per annum (₹25,000 per month)
