Role- Power BI Developer
Experience: 4+ Years
Location: Remote (Morning EST Overlap Required)
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot Power BI reports and dashboards.
- Write and optimize DAX, Power Query (M), and SQL queries.
- Build efficient data models using star schema.
- Handle ad hoc reporting requests from business users.
- Document KPIs, report logic, and support data governance.
- Support on-premises to cloud reporting migration.
- Ensure reporting continuity and meet SLAs.
Required Skills
- 4+ years of hands-on Power BI development.
- Strong experience with Power BI, DAX, Power Query (M), and SQL.
- Good understanding of data modeling, star schema, relationships, measures, and calculated columns.
- Ability to independently manage multiple reporting requests.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in Retail, Supply Chain, or Merchandising.
- Exposure to Microsoft Fabric, Azure, or cloud migration projects.
- Knowledge of data governance, KPI standardization, or AI-driven BI tools such as ThoughtSpot.
