About the Role

You will deliver marketing and communication activities for Sunrise Poultry Farms in line with the AGROVA Group marketing strategy. Working closely with the Group Marketing Director, you will create content, manage local social media, coordinate events and partners, and strengthen the company’s visibility and reputation in the UK. The role requires someone who can both create and execute — from developing a story or social media post to organising an event, coordinating partners and ensuring successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement the AGROVA Group marketing and communications strategy for Sunrise Poultry Farms in the UK, working closely with the Group Marketing Director.

- Manage and develop the dedicated Sunrise social media presence, including planning and creating relevant local content in line with the Group's brand and communication guidelines.

- Identify interesting stories, developments and achievements within Sunrise and turn them into engaging content for social media, corporate communications and other channels.

- Generate regular UK news and content for the wider AGROVA Group social media and communication channels.

- Write and prepare high-quality content including social media posts, company news, articles, website content, presentations and other marketing materials.

- Identify PR opportunities and prepare news stories, press releases, media materials and supporting content in cooperation with the Group marketing and communications team.

- Build relationships with relevant local and industry media, organisations, partners and stakeholders.

- Plan, organise and coordinate company events, farm visits, industry events, community activities, customer events and other external engagements in the UK.

- Manage event logistics from concept to delivery, including suppliers, invitations, materials, branding, photography, communication and follow-up activities.

- Coordinate Sunrise participation in relevant exhibitions, conferences, agricultural events and industry initiatives.

- Support employer branding and internal communication initiatives in cooperation with the local HR team.

- Identify opportunities to communicate Sunrise's work in areas such as responsible farming, animal welfare, sustainability, innovation, people and local community engagement.

- Coordinate the production of marketing and communication materials with designers, photographers, videographers, agencies and other external suppliers when required.

- Ensure consistent use of the Sunrise and AGROVA brands across local communication channels and materials.

- Monitor local communication activities, social media performance and relevant media coverage and provide regular updates to the Group Marketing Director.

- Maintain an annual calendar of key communications, events, campaigns and local activities.

- Proactively look for new ideas, stories and opportunities that can strengthen the visibility and reputation of Sunrise and the wider AGROVA Group.

Requirements

- Strong written English and the ability to turn business information into clear, engaging and relevant content.

- Practical experience creating content for social media and digital communication channels.

- Experience managing or coordinating social media accounts for a company or brand.

- Experience organising corporate events, community events, exhibitions, conferences or similar activities.

- Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage several activities and deadlines simultaneously.

- A proactive, hands-on approach and willingness to take ownership of projects from idea through to execution.

- Ability to identify a good story and adapt it for different audiences and communication channels.

- Confident communication skills and the ability to work effectively with colleagues, management, external partners, media and suppliers.

- Good attention to detail and a strong sense of quality in both written and visual communication.

- Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with the Group marketing team.

- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and common social media and digital communication tools.

- Experience in food production, FMCG, agriculture, retail or another consumer-facing industry will be considered an advantage.
