- Oversee the full software development lifecycle for extensions, from initial concept and detailed design to development, rigorous testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other engineering teams to translate complex business requirements into clear technical specifications and deliver innovative, user-centric solutions.
- Ensure the scalability, performance, security, and reliability of all developed extensions through robust architecture and adherence to best practices.
- Conduct thorough code reviews, implement coding standards, and maintain high standards of code quality, documentation, and maintainability.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks and dependencies, making informed decisions to keep projects on track and within scope.
