Job Purpose

Superior Fence \& Rail is an industry leader with multiple branch locations across the United States. We partner with a national home improvement chain, multiple home builders and general contractors for fence installation requirements.

Learn and adopt Superior Fence \& Rail’s structured processes and complete required training. Energetic professional who doesn’t mind wearing multiple hats. Experienced in handling a wide range of warehouse and operations related tasks and able to work independently with little or no supervision. Well organized, flexible and enjoy the challenges of supporting an operation of diverse people. Typical work week is Monday through Friday 8:00am \- 5:00pm (times may vary).

Primary Responsibilities

* Perform production functions if necessary \- fabricate vinyl fence using CNC router, assemble vinyl fence gates, pull aluminum fence orders, pull wood fence orders, fabricate wood fence, pull chain\-link fence orders, pull concrete. * Safely drive forklift * Order and maintain inventory while making recommendations on which items to order and restock * Manage warehouse associates, monitoring work and ensuring the safe use of warehouse equipment * Establish warehouse practices and protocols to achieve an efficient warehouse * Set warehouse and team goals in collaboration with executive management and other team leads * Monitor workplace performance and lead training initiatives to improve employees * Keep up\-to\-date on the latest federal and state safety regulations * Communicate with other departments to ensure products are loaded to support install teams * Assist operations personnel as needed * Interacts with clients and co\-workers in a pleasant and professional manner * Perform other duties as assigned

Skills and Experience

**Experience and Education:**

* Must have 2 years or more of proven warehouse/operations experience * Experienced in working in a fast\-paced environment * Ability to multitask efficiently * Highly skilled in verbal and written communications * Prior office software experience (Microsoft Office or Google’s G Suite) * High level of experience with computer operations and appropriate software * Highly detail oriented with organizational skills * Ability to work independently with little or no supervision * Ability to treat others with respect and gain trust and respect from subordinates, supervisors, and customers * Exceedingly positive in his/her work attitude

Job Type: Full\-time

Pay: $24\.00 \- $27\.00 per hour
