Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir einen engagierten Operations Manager mit Erfahrung in der Speditions\- und Logistikbranche.
Ihre Aufgaben:
* Steuerung und Organisation des operativen Tagesgeschäfts * Führung und Koordination eines kleinen Teams * Personalplanung (Urlaub, Krankmeldungen und Einsatzplanung) * Ansprechpartner für Kunden, Mitarbeiter und die Geschäftsführung * Erstellung und Kontrolle von Rechnungen sowie Überwachung aller laufenden Aufträge * Zahlungsabwicklung und Kontrolle von Dienstleisterrechnungen * Angebotserstellung, Preisverhandlungen und Neukundengewinnung * Erstellung von Import\- und Exportzolldokumenten * Abwicklung von Zollprozessen mit BluJay Solutions * Organisation und Koordination internationaler Luft\- und Seefrachtsendungen * Bearbeitung der Lohnabrechnung sowie Verwaltung von Versicherungsangelegenheiten * Arbeiten mit BoxTop, BluJay Solutions und DATEV
