### **Responsibilities**
* Technical and disciplinary leadership, as well as development of employees within the production planning function * Analysis and continuous improvement of internal and external logistics processes and workflows * Responsibility for cross\-site material flow from procurement to delivery * Capacity planning based on sales forecasts, including ensuring on\-time production orders and defining corrective measures in case of deviations * Further development of the supply chain strategy, close coordination with internal interfaces, and creation and evaluation of KPIs, statistics, and reports ### **Qualifications**
* Degree in industrial engineering, business administration with a focus on logistics, or a comparable qualification with several years of experience in supply chain management * Very good ERP knowledge (ideally SAP R/3 and S/4HANA) as well as confident use of MS Office, in particular Excel * Strong leadership and employee development skills * Analytical mindset, structured and independent working style, and strong problem\-solving abilities * Very good German and English language skills, along with strong teamwork, communication, and coordination abilities The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
