Supreme Components International is looking for an experienced Electronic Components RFQ Sourcing & Quotation Analyst to support our global sourcing and quotation operations.
The ideal candidate should have experience in electronic component procurement, BOM sourcing, supplier coordination, quotation preparation, and pricing analysis within the EMS, OEM, semiconductor, or electronics distribution industry.
You will work closely with Sales, Purchasing, and Global Suppliers to deliver competitive quotations with the best pricing, lead time, and availability.
Required QualificationsMust Have
- 2–5 years of experience in:

- Supply Chain
- Sales Operations
- Inside Sales
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- VLOOKUP
- XLOOKUP
- Pivot Tables
- Filters
- Data Cleaning
- Experience handling BOMs and RFQs
- Good understanding of electronic components
- Excellent analytical skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work from Bangalore office
Key Responsibilities
- Review customer RFQs and Bills of Materials (BOMs)
- Source electronic components from authorized manufacturers and distributors
- Compare supplier quotations based on:
- Price
- Lead Time
- MOQ
- Date Code
- Packaging
- Factory Authorization
- Prepare accurate customer quotations
- Coordinate with global suppliers for pricing and stock availability
- Handle multi-line RFQs (100–1000+ line items)
- Identify alternate parts and sourcing options
- Maintain supplier communication and follow-ups
- Update ERP/CRM systems accurately
- Support NPI (New Product Introduction) sourcing activities
- Work closely with Sales, Purchasing, and Product Managers
- Ensure quotation turnaround within committed timelines
