Position: E-commerce Executive / Intern Location: Surat, Gujarat Experience: 0–2 Year
About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive/Intern to support our online business operations. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of experience who are passionate about e-commerce, online marketplaces, and digital retail.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage product listings across e-commerce platforms and the company website.
- Create and update product titles, descriptions, pricing, and specifications.
- Coordinate with the design and production teams for product images and content.
- Monitor inventory and ensure product availability across online channels.
- Process and track online orders, returns, and customer inquiries.
- Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely order dispatch and delivery.
- Assist in planning and executing online promotional campaigns.
- Analyze sales performance and prepare basic reports using MS Excel.
- Stay updated with e-commerce trends, marketplace policies, and competitor activities.
- Perform other e-commerce and administrative tasks assigned by the reporting manager.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 0–2 year of experience in e-commerce (Freshers are welcome to apply).
- Basic understanding of online marketplaces and e-commerce operations.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Candidates with experience in the Garment Manufacturing or Fashion/Apparel Industry will be given preference.
- Knowledge of platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, Shopify, or similar marketplaces will be an added advantage.
- Local candidates from Surat will be preferred.
