**Position:** E\-commerce Executive / Intern **Location:** Surat, Gujarat **Experience:** 0–2 Year
**About the Role**
We are looking for a dynamic and detail\-oriented E\-commerce Executive/Intern to support our online business operations. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of experience who are passionate about e\-commerce, online marketplaces, and digital retail.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Manage product listings across e\-commerce platforms and the company website. * Create and update product titles, descriptions, pricing, and specifications. * Coordinate with the design and production teams for product images and content. * Monitor inventory and ensure product availability across online channels. * Process and track online orders, returns, and customer inquiries. * Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely order dispatch and delivery. * Assist in planning and executing online promotional campaigns. * Analyze sales performance and prepare basic reports using MS Excel. * Stay updated with e\-commerce trends, marketplace policies, and competitor activities. * Perform other e\-commerce and administrative tasks assigned by the reporting manager.
**Required Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. * 0–2 year of experience in e\-commerce (Freshers are welcome to apply). * Basic understanding of online marketplaces and e\-commerce operations. * Good communication and coordination skills. * Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel. * Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn. * Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast\-paced environment.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Candidates with experience in the **Garment Manufacturing** or **Fashion/Apparel Industry** will be given preference. * Knowledge of platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, Shopify, or similar marketplaces will be an added advantage. * **Local candidates from Surat** will be preferred.
