**Role Overview**
Mandala Homes Development Ltd. is looking for a Sustainable Housing Development Manager to oversee residential construction projects from planning through completion. The successful candidate will work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and local stakeholders to deliver high\-quality housing developments that meet regulatory and sustainability standards.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Coordinate residential development projects throughout the construction lifecycle. * Monitor project schedules, budgets, and quality standards. * Collaborate with architects, consultants, contractors, and planning authorities. * Ensure compliance with UK building regulations and health and safety requirements. * Identify opportunities to improve construction efficiency and sustainability. * Prepare project progress reports for senior management.
**Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline. * Experience managing residential construction or property development projects. * Strong knowledge of UK construction practices and building regulations. * Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. * Experience using project management software and construction reporting systems is preferred.
Pay: £74,000\.00 per year
