Your Opportunity


As our Construction Quality Assurance Officer, you'll be the driving force behind quality assurance across a diverse portfolio of major projects. Working alongside experienced Senior Project Managers and Project Managers, you'll oversee on-site activities, coordinate inspections, and ensure projects meet industry-leading standards from start to finish.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Monitor construction quality, compliance, and project progress
  • Coordinate site activities, inspections, and defect rectification works
  • Provide expert technical advice and champion best-practice construction standards
  • Drive continuous improvement and ensure exceptional project outcomes
  • Lead the way in safety by exercising authority to stop works where quality or safety is compromised

What We're Looking For


We're seeking a proactive and quality-focused professional with:

  • A tertiary qualification in Civil, Building, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering
  • Relevant industry experience and/or a recognised trade qualification
  • A current Driver's Licence and White Card
  • Experience in building, open space, transport, or stormwater projects (highly regarded)

  • Package: $103,553 - $109,766 gross p.a. plus 12% superannuation.
  • Hours of work: Permanent Full TimeWorking 35 hours per week. You will have the option of a 19 day month with Council's ADO system (Accrued Day Off).

Suitable candidates are subject to pre-employment screening which includes Reference Checks, Work Rights Verification, Identity and Functional/Medical History Checks, and will also include a Criminal History, Qualification and Working with Children Check.
