**Job Title**
Data Analyst – Healthcare Division
**Key Responsibilities**
· **Data Accuracy:** Ensure 100% accuracy in data entry, cleaning, and validation across patient and operational datasets.
· **Dashboard \& Reporting** Develop and maintain dashboards for management review; deliver monthly KPI reports on patient outcomes, costs, and compliance.
· **Proactive Analytics** Build statistical models to forecast patient inflow, resource utilization, and financial performance.
· **Compliance \& Security** Ensure adherence to healthcare data privacy standards (HIPAA/NABH) and maintain audit\-ready documentation.
· **Process Improvement** Identify inefficiencies in workflows and recommend data\-driven solutions to improve turnaround time and reduce costs.
· **Cost Optimization** Identify areas of resource wastage and propose cost\-saving measures through data insights.
· **Stakeholder Support** Provide actionable insights to clinical teams, administrators, and management for evidence\-based decision\-making.
· **Training \& Knowledge Sharing** Conduct workshops for staff on data literacy, dashboard usage, and compliance reporting.
· Collect, clean, and validate business data and operational data from multiple sources.
· Develop dashboards and reports for management review (KPIs, patient outcomes, financial metrics).
· Perform statistical analysis and predictive modeling to identify trends.
· Support clinical teams with evidence\-based insights for treatment and workflow optimization.
· Present findings in clear, business\-oriented formats for leadership decision\-making.
· Design and maintain Business Intelligence (BI) dashboards using Power BI or Tableau for hospital administrators and clinicians.
**Key Requirements \& Skills**
· Bachelors or Master’s degree with Computer Literacy.
· High proficiency in SQL, advanced excel, and BI tools (PowerBI/Tableau).
· Strong problem\-solving abilities and the communication skills necessary to translate complex medical data into actionable insights for non\-technical stakeholders.
· Previous experience in healthcare data analytics.
· Ability to work within timeframe.
Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹40,000\.00 per month
