**Role Overview**
We are looking for a motivated Business Analyst to join our organization. In this role, you will support cross\-functional teams in understanding client needs, documenting requirements, ensuring project alignment, and driving value through process improvements. **Skills \& Competencies**
* Strong communication skills (written and verbal). * Analytical and detail\-oriented approach. * Basic understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC). * Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus. * Good organizational and time management skills. * Willingness to learn tools like JIRA, Figma, Trello, Asana, etc. * Proficiency in MS Office Suite and/or Google Workspace.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Assist in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and technical requirements. * Participate in internal and client meetings to understand project objectives. * Collaborate with developers, designers, and QA teams to ensure smooth delivery. * Create wireframes, process flows, and functional specifications using tools like Figma. * Support in preparing test cases and performing user acceptance testing (UAT). * Log and track bugs or enhancement requests in tools like JIRA, Trello, or Mentis. * Help monitor project timelines and deliverables. * Share regular updates with stakeholders and support project reporting.
Pay: ₹400,000\.00 \- ₹600,000\.00 per year
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Noida, Uttar Pradesh
