About Us
Symmetry Counseling is a growing multi\-state behavioral health practice providing therapy services across Illinois, Arizona, Virginia, North Carolina, and Washington, DC. We are expanding our services and preparing to add psychiatric medication management.
We are seeking an experienced, hands\-on Digital Marketing Manager to help us strengthen our online presence, improve lead generation, optimize our website, and oversee our digital marketing strategy.
This is a remote, part\-time contract position ideal for someone who enjoys both strategic planning and hands\-on execution.
**Position Overview**
We are looking for a marketing professional who can generate qualified client inquiries through a combination of website optimization, SEO, Google Ads oversight, analytics, and AI\-assisted content creation.
The ideal candidate can identify opportunities, prioritize initiatives, implement many changes directly within WordPress, and coordinate outside vendors when technical development is required.
Responsibilities
* Conduct a comprehensive review of our website, SEO strategy, and digital marketing efforts * Improve website structure, user experience, and conversion opportunities * Create and optimize service pages, provider pages, and state\-specific content * Oversee SEO strategy and implementation * Manage or oversee Google Ads campaigns and performance * Review search terms, keyword targeting, and campaign structure * Monitor and improve conversion tracking accuracy * Utilize AI tools to support content development and marketing efficiency * Analyze website and campaign performance using GA4 and related tools * Develop and execute marketing initiatives that increase qualified patient inquiries * Coordinate with outside developers and vendors when needed * Provide regular reporting and recommendations
Required Qualifications
* 3\+ years of digital marketing experience * Strong WordPress experience * Experience with Google Ads * Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4\) * Experience with Google Tag Manager * SEO and local SEO experience * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills * Ability to work independently and manage priorities
Preferred Qualifications
* Healthcare, behavioral health, therapy, psychiatry, or medical marketing experience * Experience with multi\-location businesses * Experience launching new service lines * Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper, or similar platforms * Understanding of conversion optimization and lead generation

Compensation
Part\-time contract position. Compensation commensurate with experience.
