We are currently seeking an experienced Store Person / Forklift Operator to join a busy warehouse team.
️ About the Role You’ll be responsible for picking, packing, manual handling and forklift operations while ensuring orders are prepared accurately, safely and on time.
Key duties include:
- Pick and pack PVC pipes and fittings
- Load and unload rigid local trucks
- Operate a forklift
- Manual handling of pipes, fittings, cartons and pallets
- Prepare products safely and neatly for dispatch
- Check stock and identify discrepancies
- Complete dispatch documentation
- Communicate with drivers and warehouse supervisors
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised warehouse and yard
- Follow all WHS and quality assurance procedures
⚙️ Role Breakdown
- 60% manual handling
- 40% forklift operation
- Indoor warehouse and outdoor yard work
About You
- Previous warehouse/storeperson experience preferred
- Current forklift licence and experience
- Comfortable with regular manual handling
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable and safety-conscious
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Available Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–6:00 PM
- Flexible to work additional hours when required
