AI Engineer (AI-Native Product Builder) — Pune (Karve Nagar), Work from Office
SyncWorks Technologies builds lending software for cooperative credit societies, cooperative banks and NBFCs in Maharashtra.
We want an engineer who uses AI coding agents to build and ship working applications in days — from requirement to live deployment.
Work:
- Build and deploy new modules and features end to end using AI coding agents
- Extend our PHP/CodeIgniter + Python + MySQL platform
- Add AI features: document data extraction, assistants, smart reports
- Integrate KYC, bureau, bank verification and payment APIs
Exprience :
- 2–5 years of development experience
- At least 2 live apps or features you built mostly with AI tools (links required)
- Hands-on LLM API experience
- Python or PHP, SQL, REST APIs, Linux cloud deployment
Good to have: fintech/lending domain, OCR/document AI, Marathi.
Process includes a 48–72 hour build-and-deploy assignment. Apply with your resume and links to what you have shipped.
