Job Overview
Synergy Labs is seeking a Full Stack Developer to help design, build, test, and maintain modern web applications. The ideal candidate has experience working across front-end and back-end technologies, integrating APIs, managing databases, and delivering reliable software that meets business and user needs.
This role involves collaborating with designers, project managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality digital solutions while maintaining code quality, performance, and security.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop responsive, user-friendly web applications and interfaces.
- Build and maintain server-side applications, business logic, and APIs.
- Create reusable front-end components using modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Design, query, and maintain relational or NoSQL databases.
- Integrate third-party services, authentication systems, and external APIs.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and improve application performance.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and deployment activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and deliver software features.
- Maintain application security, reliability, and scalability.
Required Skills
- Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.
- Knowledge of back-end technologies such as Node.js, Python, PHP, or similar frameworks.
- Familiarity with REST APIs, database design, and data integration.
- Experience using Git and collaborative development tools.
- Understanding of responsive design, web security, and application performance.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate within a development team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience developing and deploying production web applications.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.
- Understanding of Agile development practices and project management workflows.
- Experience working on client-focused software projects.
