About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Flutter Developer Trainee who has completed an internship in Flutter development and is eager to build a career in mobile application development.
The ideal candidate should have practical exposure to Flutter and Dart through an internship or project work, along with a basic understanding of mobile application development. The selected candidate will undergo an initial two-month training period to strengthen their technical skills and gain hands-on experience working on real-world projects.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
- Design and implement responsive, user-friendly interfaces for Android and iOS applications.
- Integrate REST APIs and backend services into mobile applications.
- Apply state management techniques in Flutter applications.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues.
- Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code.
- Collaborate with senior developers and other team members to deliver project requirements.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and application performance improvements.
- Follow development standards and best practices.
- Continuously learn and improve Flutter development skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Must have completed an internship in Flutter development.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Flutter and Dart.
- Understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts.
- Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and API integration.
- Basic knowledge of Git and GitHub.
- Understanding of mobile application UI development and responsive layouts.
- Knowledge of state management solutions is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Training Period
- The initial two months will be a training period focused on enhancing Flutter development skills and practical implementation.
- Candidates will work on hands-on assignments and real-world development tasks.
- Performance, technical skills, learning progress, and project contributions will be evaluated during this period.
- Further employment terms and continuation will be communicated by the company based on performance and company requirements.
