Responsibilities
- Oversee daily reception operations, ensuring a professional, friendly, and efficient experience for all visitors and callers
- Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed B2B sales targets through coaching, training, and performance management
- Develop and implement sales strategies leveraging Salesforce CRM to track leads, manage customer data, and analyze sales performance
- Build strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities to expand our client base
- Conduct regular analysis of sales data to identify trends, opportunities for growth, and areas for improvement
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction
- Maintain a well-organized reception area, ensuring it reflects the company’s professional image at all times
Qualifications
- Proven experience in management roles with a focus on sales or customer service leadership
- Strong background in B2B sales with demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding targets
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing client relationships and analyzing sales data
