Job Responsibilities:
- Preparation of full set of accounts including monthly management report with analysis report, required schedules, bank reconciliation and inter-company reconciliation.
- Responsible for handling tax compliance work such as tax estimation, tax filling, tax queries, tax audit and tax payment.
- Responsible for preparation of audited financial statements, notes to accounts, audit schedules and attend to auditors’ queries.
- Identify, report and resolve accounting related operational issues, discrepancies and abnormal transactions.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, company policies and SOP.
- Perform financial analysis and review annual budgets and perform analysis in the budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Ensure compliance with the company’s internal control policies and procedures, establish and improve processes for efficiency.
- Perform data entry, filling and other clerical duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- A Diploma/ Degree/ Professional Certificate in Accounting or of relevant disciplines.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of working experience in a similar role is required for this position.
- Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated and able to work independently in groups.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Working location: Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur (accessible by LRT- Kerinchi Station).
