We are hiring MBA (Human Resources) Freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of HR internship experience for an exciting opportunity in End-to-End Recruitment.
Position: HR Recruiter Experience: Freshers / Up to 6 Months HR Internship Experience Qualification: MBA in Human Resources (Mandatory)
Key Responsibilities:
- Understanding client hiring requirements and job descriptions.
- Sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks.
- Screening and shortlisting candidate profiles.
- Conducting initial telephonic interviews and assessing candidate suitability.
- Scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates and hiring managers.
- Following up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintaining recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Managing the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
