Position: Sourcing Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new property sourcing opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with brokers, channel partners, and property owners.
- Conduct market research and analyze property trends.
- Evaluate property deals and negotiate commercial terms.
- Coordinate with sales, legal, and project teams for smooth transaction processing.
- Maintain a database of available properties and sourcing leads.
Requirements:
- Graduate/MBA preferred.
- Experience in real estate sourcing, acquisitions, or business development.
- Strong negotiation and networking skills.
- Good understanding of the local market.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
Experience:
- Real estate appraisal: 1 year (Required)
Willingness to travel:
- 100% (Preferred)
