- Develop and determine all standards to perform inspection and tests on all procedures and oversee all testing methods and maintain high standards of quality for all processes.
- Review quality of all materials at Yard and ensure compliance to all project specifications and quality and collaborate with department for all material procurement and maintain quality of materials.
- Consult with the QC / NDT / Certification Personnel, TPI and Customer/Company ensure that Quality problems addressed and technically resolved and seek verification, assessment and appraisal of their conformity and fitness to the codes and regulations.
- Review contract scope of work, Yard specifications, Maintenance Procedure, Calibration Records, Maintenance Records.
- Prepare and review Welding Procedure Specification (WPS), Weld Procedure Qualification Records (WPQR) and Welder Qualification Test (WQT) as per Project Requirements.
- Supervise effective implementation of all test and inspection schedule and ensure adherence to all procedures and coordinate with various teams to perform quality audits on processes.
- Ensure NDT & Field Joint Coating subcontractor supplies a suitably qualified workforce, that they possess the necessary licenses and equipment, and have sufficient equipment spares and work safely.
- Review ITP and other deliverables required for marine installation of Pipeline, Structures, spools & Jumpers, Riser, and flow line, WPQT, WQT and offshore scope including umbilical installations
- Consult with Project Manager to Initiate Quality Planning for the project Marine scope to assure compliance first time, through proactive and preventive measures and the effectiveness of the project
- Quality Plan/Procedures necessary to achieve the required quality standard.
- Monitoring Quality assurance and Control operations of offshore and ensure compliance to specifications and codes & standards.
- Analyze all products and non-conformance processes and evaluate all documents to ensure maintenance of optimal quality and prepare monthly reports to evaluate performance.
- Support QAQC Campaign.
- Ensure Audit were done in accordance to PQP.
- Monitoring Yard QAQC Requirements.
- Manage all work methods and maintain knowledge on all quality assurance standards and monitor continuous application for all quality assurance processes and recommend corrective actions for all processes.
- Enforce adherence to legal guidelines and in-house policies to maintain the company’s legality and business ethics.
- Ensure the Company is compliance with QAQC Audit Requirements
