Home Visit Coordinator

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule home healthcare visits based on patient and clinical requirements.
- Assign and coordinate nurses, doctors, therapists and other healthcare professionals.
- Liaise with patients, families and clinical teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Monitor daily schedules, attendance, visit completion and any delays or changes.
- Maintain accurate patient and visit records in accordance with healthcare policies and DHA requirements.
- Handle patient queries, complaints and scheduling issues professionally.
- Prepare daily operational reports and support the Home Healthcare team.
Requirements
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Business Administration or related field.
- 2+ years’ experience in healthcare coordination/home healthcare operations in Dubai/UAE.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (mandatory).
Preferred: UAE healthcare experience preferred.
