光工場は、山口県に位置する武田薬品工業の主要生産拠点です。
高品質な医薬品の安定供給を担い、最新技術と多様な人材の力でグローバル基準の安全・品質管理、持続的改善活動を推進しています。
主な職務内容
- 光工場における人事関連業務全般（プログラム開発、ポリシー管理、コンプライアンス等）の管理と実行
- 組織パフォーマンス向上や変革管理、報酬などの人事課題に関して、クライアント部門へのコンサルテーション
- 後継者計画・人材計画・従業員体験調査・報酬に関する周期的な人事プロジェクトのリード
- 工場内の競争力強化につながる人事プログラムの企画・推進
- 社内他部門やGMS＆GQ Japan、グローバルサイトやファンクション等との連携・協働
- HRベストプラクティスやトレンド情報の外部連携・活用
- 光工場の組織文化浸透・啓発活動の推進

応募資格
必須要件
- 学士号（ビジネス・マネジメント・人事系歓迎）
- 人事分野での5年以上の実務経験（HRジェネラリスト／スペシャリスト／HRビジネスパートナー）
- ビジネスレベルの英語力

- クロスファンクショナルな環境で、複数部門や多様な関係者と協働した経験
- グローバル環境での業務経験
- 人事施策やプロジェクトの企画・運営経験
