ACCOUNTABILITIES

Develop and implement territory-specific scientific engagement plans aligned with product launch goals and therapeutic-area strategy.

Build and manage relationships with KOLs and other stakeholders, effectively communicating Takeda's scientific and clinical value.

Capture and relay structured, high-value insights from HCPs to guide medical strategy and optimise field activities.

Articulate the scientific value proposition of products in patient-focused, accessible terms (patient-centric storytelling).

Represent Medical Affairs at scientific events, advisory boards and investigator meetings; support evidence generation initiatives.

Use CRM systems, analytics and AI-powered platforms to tailor and enhance scientific engagements (digital, data and omnichannel excellence).

Ensure all interactions comply with Takeda's policies, SOPs and regulatory/legal standards.

Maintain advanced therapeutic-area and product knowledge, dedicating the majority of time to external KOL/HCP engagement.
