当社では、大規模なSAP S/4HANA導入プロジェクトを推進しており、2028年4月の稼働開始に向けて大阪工場の倉庫・物流業務改革をリードいただくメンバーを募集します。
SAP Extended Warehouse Management（EWM）の導入を通じて、業務標準化・効率化・デジタル化を推進し、次世代サプライチェーンの構築に貢献いただく重要なポジションです。
【業務概要】
大阪工場サプライチェーン部門において、SAP S/4HANAおよびSAP EWM導入プロジェクトを推進いただきます。
現場の倉庫オペレーションを深く理解しながら、グローバルチームと連携し、業務要件定義から導入・運用定着まで一貫して担当していただきます。
- SAP EWMに関する業務要件整理およびFit/Gap分析
- グローバルチームとの要件調整・課題管理
- 倉庫業務（入荷・保管・出庫・在庫管理・搬送・出荷等）の現状分析および改善提案
- システム設計、ユーザー受入テスト（UAT）の計画・実施
- データ移行計画の策定
- 教育資料作成およびユーザートレーニング実施
- 製造、品質保証、IT、物流部門など社内関係者との連携
- 英語によるグローバル会議への参加
- SOP作成および運用定着支援
- 継続的な業務改善活動の推進
【応募要件】
＜必須＞
- 大学卒業以上
- 倉庫管理、物流、サプライチェーン領域での実務経験（3年以上）
- SAP（EWM、WM、MM、PP、QM等）またはWMSの導入・運用経験
- 製造業または医薬品業界における業務改善・プロジェクト推進経験
- 日本語ネイティブレベル
＜歓迎要件＞
- 医薬品業界での物流・製造・品質管理経験
- 保管、搬送に関する実務経験
- Excel、Wordなどを用いたデータ分析・資料作成スキル
- フォークリフト免許
- 普通自動車運転免許
- 英語での基本的な読み書きや会議参加経験
