Talent Acquisition Group is a proudly Australian\-owned, fast\-growing business—and we’re on the lookout for energetic, motivated individuals to join our expanding team as an Onsite Account Manager.
Location: Banyo with travel to our Tingalpa office
Schedule: Monday to Friday, rotating shifts (5:00am–1:30pm \& 11am–7:30pm)
Travel: Required between office and client site
What you’ll be doing:
* Every day will be different, but you’ll be at the heart of keeping things moving: * Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates * Matching great people with great job opportunities * Managing onboarding and induction processes for new starters * Running assessment centres and supporting recruitment campaigns * Rostering, database management, and compliance tasks * Providing onsite candidate support and client service * Acting as the key point of contact for clients onsite * Building strong relationships with client stakeholders * Handling issues quickly and professionally when they arise * Delivering exceptional service to both clients and candidates * General admin and operational support
What we’re looking for:

* Strong attention to detail and organisation skills * Confident communicator with great phone manner * Customer service experience (a big plus!) * Intermediate Microsoft Office skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Positive, proactive, and eager to learn
