Responsibilities

  • Lead generation: Develop creative sourcing strategies across social media platforms, job boards, and professional networks to identify high-quality candidates.
  • Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Workday, Taleo, PeopleSoft, or HRIS platforms to track candidate progress efficiently.
  • Conduct thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide expert recruitment guidance.
  • Utilize Salesforce and social media management tools to promote job openings and enhance employer branding efforts.
  • Coordinate interview schedules, communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities, compliance documentation, and candidate data within ATS platforms.

Experience

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition or human resources roles with a focus on full-cycle recruiting.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse candidates and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems such as Workday, Taleo, PeopleSoft, or similar HRIS platforms.
  • Knowledge of lead generation techniques through social media management and online sourcing channels.
  • Experience managing relationships across multiple teams and stakeholders within a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of HR technology tools including Salesforce for recruitment marketing and candidate engagement.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and stay current with industry best practices in talent acquisition.

Pay: £2,118.33-£12,283.71 per month
