KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
A. GROUP COMPANY RECRUITMENT – PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY
The incumbent will be responsible for managing recruitment requirements across the company's group companies.
Understand manpower requirements received from various group companies/business units and coordinate with management
and business heads on role requirements, experience, compensation and timelines.
Prepare and finalise appropriate Job Descriptions (JDs) for open positions.
Maintain a central recruitment tracker covering all open positions across group companies and prioritise vacancies based on
business requirements.
Independently source candidates through Naukri/Resdex, LinkedIn, recruitment agencies, employee referrals, professional
networks and other relevant channels.
Build and maintain candidate databases and talent pipelines for recurring, managerial and specialist positions.
Conduct detailed CV screening and initial HR interviews, evaluating functional relevance, stability, communication,
compensation expectations and overall suitability.
Coordinate subsequent interview rounds with concerned functional heads and management and maintain proper interview
feedback records.
Coordinate reference/background checks wherever required.
Coordinate salary discussions and offer approvals within approved salary structures and budgets.
Prepare/coordinate offer documentation and negotiate compensation within approved limits.
Follow up with selected candidates throughout the notice period and track joining commitments to minimise offer-to-joining
dropouts.
Maintain recruitment MIS covering sourcing, interviews, selections, offers, joining and dropouts.
Take ownership of recruitment outcomes, including time-to-close, candidate quality, offer-to-joining ratio, recruitment cost and
closure of difficult/specialised positions.
B. HR OPERATIONS – KALKAJI OFFICE
Manage the complete day-to-day HR operations for employees based at the Kalkaji office.
Manage employee onboarding, joining formalities, documentation, induction and employee records.
Handle confirmation, transfers, promotions, increments and separation formalities.
Monitor attendance, leave, punctuality and recurring absenteeism issues.
Act as the primary HR point of contact for employees at the Kalkaji office.
Address employee grievances, workplace concerns, conflicts and disciplinary matters professionally and confidentially.
Coordinate periodic performance appraisal processes and support managers with KRAs/KPIs and performance reviews.
Track probation and confirmation timelines and coordinate Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) where required.
Implement and communicate HR policies applicable to the Kalkaji office.
Maintain appropriate employment, statutory and HR documentation and coordinate with external consultants/professionals
wherever required.
Coordinate with Accounts/Finance on payroll-related employee inputs.
C. HR ADMINISTRATION – KALKAJI OFFICE
Maintain updated employee master data, HR files, registers and documentation.
Prepare regular HR reports and MIS for management.

Maintain HR dashboards and trackers for key HR activities.
D. HR MIS & MANAGEMENT REPORTING
Prepare and maintain regular HR reports covering, where applicable:
Headcount, new joinings and attrition.
Open positions, recruitment pipeline, interview status, offers and joining status.
Attendance, absenteeism and leave utilisation.
Probation/confirmation status and performance-related matters.
Employee grievances, separations and exit trends.
Recruitment cost and recruitment-agency performance.
E. RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT & VENDOR MANAGEMENT
Identify and evaluate suitable recruitment consultants/agencies for group-company requirements.
Coordinate with approved recruitment partners and monitor candidate quality and closure performance.
Negotiate commercial terms within management-approved limits.
Maintain a database of approved recruitment consultants and their areas of expertise.
Ensure recruitment agencies comply with agreed terms and replacement/guarantee clauses.
Evaluate recruitment partners periodically based on closures and candidate quality.
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIS)
The performance of the HR Manager will primarily be evaluated on:
Group Recruitment
Timely closure of open positions.
Quality and relevance of shortlisted candidates.
Recruitment turnaround time.
Interview-to-selection and offer-to-joining ratios.
Joining and early-retention rate.
Ability to close senior/specialised positions.
Effectiveness of recruitment portals, consultants and sourcing channels.
Recruitment cost optimisation.

Accuracy and timeliness of HR records.

Timely completion of confirmation/appraisal processes.
Employee grievance resolution.
Policy implementation and HR process compliance.

CANDIDATE PROFILE
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION
Graduate in any discipline.
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources / Master's in HR preferred.
EXPERIENCE
Minimum 7–8+ years of relevant HR experience.
Strong hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment is mandatory.
Prior experience handling recruitment for multiple business units, group companies or diverse functions will be strongly
preferred.
Experience managing both recruitment and HR operations is required.
Experience in a consulting, corporate, multi-business or group-company environment will be an advantage.
