**Key Responsibilities**
* Drive sales of AV, VC, Unified Communication, and Collaboration solutions. * Generate new business opportunities through direct sales, channel partners, and referrals. * Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, system integrators, and enterprise customers. * Identify customer requirements and coordinate with presales teams for solution design. * Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure. * Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals. * Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. * Conduct client presentations, product demonstrations, and business meetings. * Develop strategic account plans for key customers. * Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies. * Work closely with OEMs and technology partners for business development.
**Required Skills**
* Strong experience in AV/VC Solution Sales. * Knowledge of: * Cisco Collaboration Solutions * Microsoft Teams Rooms * Zoom Rooms * Poly * Logitech * Crestron * Extron * Biamp * Strong B2B sales, negotiation, and account management skills. * Experience handling enterprise, corporate, education, healthcare, and government customers. * Understanding of AV integration projects, boardrooms, auditoriums, and collaboration solutions.
**Desired Candidate Profile**
* Graduate or MBA preferred. * 5–10 years of proven AV/VC sales experience. * Strong communication, presentation, and relationship\-building skills. * Self\-motivated with a proven track record of achieving sales targets. * Ability to travel for customer meetings and business development activities.
