Key Responsibilities
- Understand customer business and technical requirements for AV/VC projects.
- Design end-to-end AV and Unified Communication solutions.
- Prepare BOQs, technical proposals, solution architectures, and presentations.
- Conduct site surveys and provide technical recommendations.
- Coordinate with OEMs, distributors, and internal teams for solution design and pricing.
- Deliver product demonstrations, Proof of Concepts (POCs), and technical presentations.
- Support the sales team during customer meetings, RFPs, RFQs, and tenders.
- Prepare cost estimations, compliance documents, and technical comparisons.
- Assist project and implementation teams during project handover.
- Stay updated on the latest AV, VC, and collaboration technologies.
Required Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of AV/VC solutions and collaboration technologies.
- Hands-on experience with:

- Microsoft Teams Rooms
- Zoom Rooms
- Poly
- Logitech
- Crestron
- Extron
- Biamp
- Jabra
- Understanding of networking fundamentals, IP addressing, switching, and wireless technologies.
- Experience in AV system design, acoustic considerations, and room layouts.
- Knowledge of tendering, compliance matrix preparation, and solution documentation.
- Ability to read technical drawings and prepare solution diagrams.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electronics, IT, Telecommunications, or related field.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience in enterprise AV, boardroom, training room, auditorium, and collaboration solutions.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and site visits.
