Main responsibilities and tasks

Revenue billing, including use of client portals

Perform revenue accruals

Processing of cost invoices
-
Perform bank reconciliations
-
Reporting of value-added tax (VAT)

Reconciliation of balance sheet items

Perform general accounting tasks
-
Perform month-end closing tasks
-
Registration of customs declarations
-
Contribute to the professional development of the department

Participate in carrying out other relevant assignments
Qualification requirements
-
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting
-
3-5 years’ experience with accounting
-
Authorized accountant
-
Experience from international companies or international business environments would be an advantage
-
Experience from oil and gas and/or telecommunications would be an advantage
-
Good technical skills and understanding of relevant accounting systems
-
Experience with using Finance automation tools / AI
Relevant experience may alleviate the requirements

Strong verbal and written skills in both Norwegian and English

Flexible, attention to detail, and interested in understanding the business
