Role Overview
We are looking for a Sales Operations professional to support our sales team and maintain
strong relationships with existing clients. The role will be responsible for ensuring smooth
day-to-day operations, handling client queries, and managing relationships with existing
channel partners. This is an entry-level role, and freshers are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

Handle client queries and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues on time.

Follow up with clients to ensure timely transactions and repayments.

Manage and maintain relationships with existing channel partners.

Coordinate with channel partners for regular business opportunities and follow-ups.

Coordinate with internal teams such as Credit, Operations, Risk, and Finance to ensure
smooth execution.

Maintain accurate records of client and partner interactions.

Ensure timely follow-up on pending documents, transactions, and other requirements.
