**Minimum Qualifications \& Experience**
Graduate and/or equivalent experience. 0\-4 Years experience

* Experience with system installation, configuration, and analysis Sound knowledge of IT operation systems *
**Key Responsibilities**
* Responsible to manage IT help desktop support team and end users. * Identifies, manage, and resolve issues in a timely manner. * Responds to customer requests effectively and communicates with them to address issues. * Manage installations, upgrades and configurations of hardware and software to latest version. * Monitors and tracks helpdesk requests. * Provides applications support for internal requests. * Reports and escalates issues to the supervisor and coordinates with internal teams. * Generates various kinds of reports related to no. of tickets raised etc. * Conducts activities such as preliminary research, analytics, and documentation.
