**SOFT SKILLS \& LEADERSHIP**
C\-Level Engagement, Storytelling, Team Leadership, Deal Coaching, Consultative Selling
**Qualifications**
* **12–15 years** of total IT experience with a minimum of **6–8 years in infrastructure presales** or solutions consulting role. * Proven track record of **winning large\-scale infrastructure deals** (USD 25M\+ TCV) in a global services environment. * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. **MBA preferred** but not mandatory. * Relevant certifications: **AWS/Azure/GCP Architect, TOGAF, ITIL Expert, VCP, CCNA/CCNP** or equivalent. * Strong executive presence with the ability to **influence and navigate complex client organisations**. * Experience working in **BFSI, Retail, Energy and Utilities** verticals is a strong advantage. * Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for **client meetings and pursuits**.
