**Core Experience**
* 8–12\+ years of experience in enterprise application architecture. * 5\+ years hands‑on experience with **Microsoft Dynamics 365** (CRM / CE / F\&O). * Proven experience delivering **large‑scale Dynamics implementations**, preferably in onsite or consulting environments.
**Technical Skills**
* Strong expertise in: * + Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Service, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain) + Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse) + Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, Service Bus, Azure Functions) * Understanding of ALM, CI/CD, security models, and performance tuning.
**Professional Skills**
* Strong client‑facing and stakeholder management skills. * Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to business and executive audiences. * Leadership skills to guide cross‑functional onsite teams.
**Education \& Certifications (Preferred)**
