E-Commerce & Online Store Coordinator
Full-Time | Toronto | On-Site
Tea Squared is looking for an organized, creative and hands-on Online Store Manager to manage the day-to-day operation of our online store.
This is a varied position combining e-commerce, order fulfillment, website management, customer service and digital marketing. The ideal candidate enjoys working both on a computer and in a warehouse environment and is comfortable moving between creative projects and hands-on order fulfillment.
Key ResponsibilitiesE-Commerce & Online Orders
- Manage the day-to-day operation of our online store
- Pick, pack and ship online customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Monitor online orders and ensure timely fulfillment
- Respond to customer questions relating to online orders, products, shipping and deliveries
- Resolve order issues and provide friendly, professional customer service
Website Management
- Keep website product information, descriptions, pricing and images accurate and up to date
- Add new products and update existing product pages
- Create and update website banners, promotional content and seasonal features
- Monitor the website regularly and identify information that needs updating or improving
- Help maintain an attractive, current and easy-to-navigate online store
Marketing & Creative
- Create occasional email newsletters and customer promotions
- Design graphics and promotional material for newsletters and the website
- Assist with product photography and image preparation
- Help develop ideas for seasonal promotions, product launches and online campaigns
Warehouse & Order Fulfillment
This is a hands-on, on-site position.
In addition to managing the online store, you will work as part of our warehouse and fulfillment team.
Responsibilities include:
- Picking and packing wholesale orders
- Preparing products and cartons for shipment
- Assisting with general warehouse and fulfillment duties
- Helping ensure orders are packed accurately and presented professionally
- Supporting the team during busy periods
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience with e-commerce or website management
- Comfortable working with an e-commerce platform
- Basic graphic design skills and experience with programs such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar
- Strong written English and customer communication skills
- Comfortable creating social media content
- Excellent attention to detail
- Well organized and able to manage several priorities
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of projects
- Physically comfortable working in a warehouse environment and packing orders
- Positive, practical and team-oriented attitude
Experience with email marketing platforms, product photography, social media management or basic SEO would be an asset.
About the Role
This position would be particularly well suited to someone who likes variety. On any given day, you might be updating a product page, designing a newsletter, answering an online customer, photographing a new product and then helping the team pack and ship orders.
We are looking for someone who takes pride in both the creative presentation of our brand and the accurate physical fulfillment of our customers' orders.
Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
