Job Purpose: **Team Development Manager**
Providing strategic advice across a variety of financial products and services.
Assessing client’s overall financial picture, understand their needs and develop a solid financial plan.
Guiding clients towards a profitable and secure financial decision.
The purpose of this job is to recruit quality advisors \& support / train them and enable them to procure investment from the market\& subsequently service the customers.
Key Responsibilities :
1\. To recruit high\-quality prospective advisors and ensure that they acquire licensing to achieve the Yearly target set in the Goal Sheet.
2\. Provide on\-the\-job training \& manage and monitor the performance of advisors so that they can achieve their goals.
3\. Maintain persistence for the investment procured by a team of Advisors to overall achieve the profitability of the team.
Job Types: Full\-time, Part\-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹50,000\.00 per month
